MA'AN Hub drives real change through a growing portfolio of projects focused on youth entrepreneurship, employment, and economic empowerment across the West Bank. Through partnerships with international donors and development organizations, the Hub delivers seed funding, incubation, and hands-on support - helping Palestinian youth turn ideas into sustainable ventures, even under the most challenging conditions.

Located in the heart of Al Masyoon, Ramallah, the space sits close to key services, major institutions, government offices, banks, and commercial centers, making it an ideal base for anyone doing business in the city.

The Employment and Training Program is built around a simple conviction: every young Palestinian - regardless of gender, background, or ability - deserves a real shot at meaningful work. Through a combination of skills training, career coaching, and direct connections to employers, the program works to bridge the distance between potential and employment.

First day of in-person training for the sixth cohort under the “Wazzefni: Training for Employment” program, implemented in cooperation with the Swiss Representative Office in the occupied Palestinian territory and funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).
MA'AN Hub for Innovation and Entrepreneurship signed 9 grant agreements with 9 companies benefiting from the “Employment for All” project, funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), to support youth employment and strengthen private sector partnerships. The event included remarks by Mr. Sami Khader and an orientation session on protection and safeguarding to promote safe and sustainable work environments.
The Maan Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center held a series of meetings with Palestinian Chambers of Commerce in Jerusalem and Ramallah/Al-Bireh to expand cooperation and support entrepreneurs and startups. The meetings addressed economic challenges and opportunities for joint programs, paving the way for upcoming MoUs aimed at strengthening Palestine’s entrepreneurship ecosystem.
