Dina Moghrabi
Nutrition & Gender Specialist
Dina Moghrabi is a Nutrition and Gender Specialist currently working at MA’AN Development Center, focusing on designing and implementing nutrition programs for vulnerable communities in the West Bank. She has experience working with non-governmental organizations. Dina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, Diploma in Gender Equality and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Women’s Health at Birzeit University. Her professional interests focus on the intersection of nutrition, public health, gender, and climate change. She aims to develop innovative interventions that strengthen food security and community health in the face of climate challenges.
Daiana Qanzouaa
Project Manager
She is a development professional with over six years of experience working across the public and private sectors in Palestine, with a distinguished track record of collaborating with several major international donors, including USAID, the World Bank, SDC, DCA, JICA, and KOICA. She currently serves as a Project Manager at MA’AN Development Center, bringing advanced expertise in project management and technical assistance, with a particular focus on promoting economic growth, creating job opportunities, and supporting sustainable development. Throughout her career, she has held impactful roles at several leading organizations, including Chemonics International, where she worked as an Associate Business Advisor on a USAID-funded project, as well as the World Bank Group, where she served as a Grants Officer under the Emergency Social Protection and Jobs COVID-19 Response Project, implemented by the Palestinian Ministry of Finance. She also previously contributed to the Finance for Jobs Project at DAI Global and gained early experience in expanding access to international education through Amideast’s ACCESS Scholarship Program. Across these roles, she has made meaningful contributions to programs aimed at strengthening livelihoods, expanding economic opportunities, and generating sustainable development impact in Palestinian communities.

Project Manager & Hub Coordinator
George Lolas is a Finance & Investment Professional currently serving as Project Manager and MAAN Hub Coordinator. He brings over 7 years of experience in consultancy, project management, impact investment, and outsourcing. His work focuses on building strategic partnerships, designing sustainable economic development programs, and supporting startup growth and ecosystem development in Palestine.

Marketing and Digital Marketing Expert
Alaa is a Market Development Specialist at MA’AN Development Center, working on a project focused on the economic empowerment of youth by strengthening labor market–relevant skills and improving professional integration, alongside supporting private companies and startups to enhance their growth and competitiveness. She brings over ten years of experience in marketing and digital marketing, as well as a background in management, project management, and leading marketing and advertising campaigns. Her role centers on business development, market analysis, and data-driven marketing strategies that improve performance and create sustainable growth opportunities. Alaa holds a Master’s degree in Total Quality Management, which informs her approach to process improvement, efficiency, and measurable results.
Abdullhaq Qandah
Multimedia journalist and communications specialist
Abdulhaq is a multimedia journalist and communications specialist with over a decade of experience across the government, media, and development sectors in Palestine. At MA’AN Development Center, he contributes as a Social Media Branding and Promotion Specialist, bringing his expertise in visual storytelling, content creation, and digital engagement to support the organization’s communication, outreach, and public visibility efforts. He is highly skilled in design, video graphics, and multimedia reporting, with a strong ability to turn trending topics into compelling and professional content. In his primary role, Abdulhaq serves as Director of Media and Protocol at the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, where he has led public relations strategy and media operations since 2013. His work includes media relations, content writing, event management, strengthening digital presence, and covering ministerial activities and official events. Earlier in his career, he held communication and public relations roles at the Palestinian Government Media Center under the Prime Minister’s Office and at the Palestinian Society for Consumer Protection. With a background in data journalism and a collaborative approach to storytelling, Abdulhaq combines technical expertise with strong editorial depth, adding value to every media and communication project he undertakes.
Omar Bouzyieh
Business Development Specialist
Omar Bouziyeh is a co-founder, investor, and business development specialist who believes in the importance of empowering youth and strengthening their ability to develop innovative ideas, build entrepreneurial ventures, attract investment, and create sustainable positive impact. He currently serves as a Business Development Specialist at MA’AN Hub for Innovation & Entrepreneurship, where he supports entrepreneurs within the innovation and startup ecosystem. Since 2021, he has also been the Founder and CEO of Sustainable Bee, an agri-tech venture that offers, through its flagship product BeeTech, an Internet of Things (IoT)-based solution for modern beekeeping by collecting and analyzing in-hive data and sending real-time notifications through a dedicated user application, thereby enhancing the efficiency of investment in sustainable agriculture. Prior to that, Omar worked as an Operator and Supervisor of the Organic Compost Plant under the Circles Project at the House of Water and Environment, where he oversaw the management of a medium-scale organic composting facility in Beitillu. During this experience, he led a cross-functional team of six members, coordinated with municipal and community stakeholders, monitored quality control processes, prepared donor reports, and delivered community awareness sessions and specialized training workshops. The plant was awarded first place in a product quality competition across six countries.

He currently serves as Senior Business Development Specialist at MA’AN Development Center, where he leads the design and implementation of donor-funded programs that align market-driven solutions with sustainable development goals. With a background spanning Islamic finance, workforce development, and institutional capacity building, Khader adopts a results-oriented approach to driving impact across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
