Palestinian youth participants have secured paid internship contracts with partners from the private sector and civil society across the West Bank.
The training features an intensive curriculum designed to prepare participants as effective professionals and influential leaders in their fields, covering:
- Labor law and the rights of interns and employees
- Mental health and professional well-being
- Leadership skills and developing influential leaders
- Team building and organizational effectiveness
- Negotiation skills in work responsibilities, tasks, and salary
The program aims to equip young people with the tools and competencies needed to transform these internship placements into sustainable employment and successful long-term career pathways upon completion of the training period.
