MA'AN Hub Holds an Introductory Session for “Noor” Project on Economic Empowerment
MA'AN Hub for Innovation & Entrepreneurship, part of MA'AN Development Center, held an introductory session for Project " Noor " to present the project’s scope, clarify how applicants can benefit, and support wider access to economic empowerment opportunities across the West Bank.
During the session, the Hub team introduced the project’s goals and target groups. " Noor " focuses on young Palestinian women and persons with disabilities aged 18–35 in Ramallah & Al-Bireh, Hebron, and Jerusalem. The team also outlined the project’s support components, including:
- Practical, specialized training.
- One-on-one mentorship and continuous technical support.
- Performance-based financial support.
- MA'AN Hub membership and access to market networking opportunities.
The session concluded with an interactive Q&A segment, addressing participants’ questions on eligibility, support details, and the application steps.
This activity is implemented under the Social Recovery and Job Creation Program (SRJC), funded by the World Bank through the Ministry of Finance and Planning and implemented by the NGO Development Center (NDC).
