About the event:
Connect 360 is a unique event organized by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at Ma'an Center. It aims to bridge the gap between recent graduates, university students, and job seekers on the one hand, and companies and organizations from various sectors on the other. The event provides a dynamic platform for professional networking, exploring career paths, and building inspiring professional relationships, all in one engaging day.
The event will be held on August 26, 2025, at Mazaya Mall Halls in Ramallah.

Haitham Abu Ghosh
Persistence is the key to every success
My journey with Coffee Lab was built on passion and continued determination. The road wasn't always easy, but it was full of challenges that shaped my professional character. I believed in my abilities and persevered despite all the circumstances. Today, I am part of a true success story because I never stopped, never gave up, and every step was driven by faith and passion.
Mai Salameh
Mai Salameh is a Palestinian fashion designer from Ramallah who blends traditional Palestinian embroidery with modern design. A psychology graduate from Birzeit University, she founded Mai Couture to preserve cultural heritage through fashion. Known for her Jafra collection, she runs three branches and a workshop empowering local women artisans.
Muhammad Riyad Abu Khalil
Visually impaired and a youth activist in the disability sector
One of the founders of the Behmetkum Association for Youth with Disabilities
Bachelor's degree in Social Work and is pursuing a master's degree in the same field
Works in the General Administration of Youth Affairs at the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports
Ms. Sherine Al-Shala
Tamam
Shireen, based in Ramallah, is CEO of the Center for Engineering and Planning (CEP) and co-founder of Al-Shallah Medical Supplies. She leads projects in urban planning across the region and holds degrees from Birzeit University and Kellogg/Northwestern. In 2022, she was appointed Honorary Chairperson of Singapore’s office in Palestine and was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.
Diala Sistem
Palestinian entrepreneur and founder of Merakig Shulala. My journey began with a simple idea and a passion for fashion, and I've developed a brand that combines creativity and giving, proving that dreams and hard work can achieve global success.
